Galactic Central Race, in cooperation with the Galactic Confederation, has begun to activate the ancient Lighthouses that lay dormant for hundreds of millions of years across the Galaxy, waiting for the time when the prophecy of End of Darkness will be fulfilled. These Lighthouses are beginning to transmit energies of cosmic Love , now emanating from the M87 galaxy.
