 Ratchet and Clank -Tachyon:

( The  another Dimension  theme again):

https://ratchetandclank.fandom.com/wiki/Percival_Tachyon

"The self-declared crown prince of the cragmites, Tachyon is the leader of the Imperial Army, whose armaments he designed and built himself, that conquered much of the Polaris Galaxy and became its tyrannical dictator. Tachyon's goal was to wipe out the lombaxes from the galaxy and restore the cragmites.

Tachyon was raised by lombaxes after lombax trillium miners discovered his egg frozen on the Kreeli Comet, but sought revenge against them after learning his true origins. Using the space pirates to scavenge materials, he recruited the drophyds to his cause and built their nanotech combat suits for his army. After defeating and driving away the lombaxes, Tachyon sought the "Lombax Secret" and attempted to kill Ratchet, the last lombax in the universe. Ratchet, Clank, and his allies eventually defeated Tachyon and banished him to dimension A2-66.

https://ratchetandclank.fandom.com/wiki/Cragmite

"a militaristic race of insecto-reptilian warriors from planet Reepor in the Polaris Galaxy, that once formed the tyrannical Great Cragmite Empire, until they were defeated by the lombaxes during the Great War. It was widely believed the "Lombax Secret" was used to vaporize them all, but in truth, the lombaxes used the Dimensionator to banish the entire cragmite race to another dimension. Centuries later, the last remaining cragmite, Percival Tachyon, formed the Imperial Army, primarily comprising drophyds he had provided nanotech combat suits for, and forced the lombaxes to flee the dimension, before going on to conquer much of the galaxy in the pursuit of returning his race."
